To order prints from The Ink Stone, there are a couple ways to do so.

Email

The first is to email your files to: orders@theinkstone.com

In your email, please include:

- Dimensions of the file(s)
- Number of sets: The number of complete sets
- Stapled/Bound
- Contact phone #

If your files are over 10 MB, please split the emails. In the header, state how “1 of #” so we know how many emails to expect.
If you are sending files over 15 MB each, use The Ink Stone FTP account.

FTP

A FTP client is required to connect to our FTP server (Filezilla/CuteFTP)

Host: ftp.theinkstone.com
User: files@theinkstone.com
Pass: ftp
Port: 21

In Store

The second is to come into the store with your originals/digital files.
Service is first come, first serve.

If originals are blue-line prints (blue background with white text), they will take much longer to complete than current standard plans.
